JULIAN DATE (DDD)

The Julian Date is the three-digit day of the year on which the
satellite pass used to manufacture the OSEI product occurred. This
is not the date on which the product was actually created and
posted to the net (although it is often the same date).
NOTE! In a Leap Year, all Julian Dates indicated below that
fall after February 28 must be increased by one to compensate.
